Meet Zhi Zhi ("Kei Kei")
With nearly a decade of clinical expertise, Zhi Zhi has an extensive background in speech & swallowing therapy, having worked in acute hospitals, rehabilitation centres, nursing homes, and community settings in Penang and the Klang Valley. After a decade of enriching experiences, she returned to her roots in Perak, to serve the home community with her wealth of expertise.
Professional Engagement
As a committed member of the Malaysian Association of Speech-language and Hearing (MASH), Zhi Zhi served as the Head of the Research Portfolio and co-led the Aphasia Special Interest Group from 2022 to 2024. She is also affiliated with the British Aphasiology Society.
Educator and Advocate
Passionate about public education, she actively engages in community advocacy, co-founding the first national aphasia support group, "Aphasia in Malaysia." Zhi Zhi also volunteers at the Penang Parkinson Rehabilitation Association and the Dementia Society of Perak. She has also been featured in local TV, radio and newspaper articles.
Multilingual Communication
Fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Foochow, Zhi Zhi ensures effective communication and understanding with a diverse range of clients.
